On May 20th, the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises Sector held the Opening Ceremony of the XX Party Awareness Training class, term 2020 - 2025. This was a class organized specifically for sympathizers of Kien Giang University Party Committee consisting of 123 students.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Comrade Huynh Hoang Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises of Kien Giang province said: Propaganda, education, training and fostering of elite masses to create the source of recruiting new party members was a regular task of party committees at all levels, and at the same time a task of Party Committee Group; which had a very important meaning and position in Party building task; Each party organization developing a new party member increased the strength and fighting power of that party committee in particular and of the entire Party in general.

Comrade Huynh Hoang Son requested the students to study seriously, ensure quality and fulfill well their lessons according to the program set by the Class Organization. Kien Giang University did a good job in classroom management, student management, and created the best conditions in terms of facilities for students’ learning participation.

During 4 days (May 20^th, 21^st, 25^th, 26^th) at Kien Giang University, students received and studied 3 main topics including: Overview of the History of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Political program for building the country during the transition period to socialism; struggle to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

123 students of Kien Giang University's Party Committee participated in the XX Party Awareness Training class, term 2020 - 2025.

Attending the class helped union members and elite trade union members improve their level of political theory, gain a deeper understanding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, and the nation's heroic history; Since then, a sense of cultivation and moral training was built as well as the direction to strive to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam was determined.
