Graduation Ceremony of the College of Course I – Academic Year 2015 – 2018

On the morning of January 5th, 2019, Kien Giang University held a Graduation Ceremony for College students, Course I, of the 2015-2018 school year.

Attending the graduation ceremony were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Thanh Luom – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the school; Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Vice Rector of the School; Dr. Dang Thanh Son – Chairman of the School Council together with lecturers, leaders of Faculties, Institutes, Departments, Centers, parents, relatives and especially the presence of 31 fresh graduates of College degree of course I, school year 2015-2018.

Assoc. Dr. Thai Thanh Luom - Rector of the University of Science and Technology delivered a congratulatory speech to 31 new graduates.

During the training process, the result of the total number of students eligible for graduation in the first phase was 01 student with excellent academic standing, accounting for 3.2% (under the Faculty of Economics-Tourism); 24 students with good academic standing accounted for 77.4% and 06 students with average ability accounted for 19.4%.

In terms of conduct, there was one excellent student, accounting for 3.2% (under the faculty of marine science and food technology); 08 students with good grades accounted for 25.8% and 22 students with good grades accounted for 71.0%.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Dr. Thai Thanh Luom - Rector of the University congratulated 31 new graduates from College after three years of studying at the University. In addition, he sent hope for the future of the new graduates after graduating from school, that they will have jobs, contributing to the construction of family and social life. And the School also always welcomes the new graduates today to return to the University to continue to improve their qualifications at higher levels such as B.A, M.A...
