Trường Đại học Kiên Giang pha chế 700 lít dung dịch rửa tay khô sát khuẩn tặng miễn phí phòng dịch COVID-19

Ngày 19/2, TS. Nguyễn Tuấn Khanh – Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Kiên Giang cho biết trong bối cảnh dịch viêm phổi cấp do virus Covid-19 vẫn đang tiếp diễn phức tạp, Ban Giám hiệu trường đã chỉ đạo khoa Y – Dược và Điều dưỡng phối hợp cùng khoa Khoa học Biển và Công nghệ thực phẩm nghiên cứu, sản xuất dung dịch rửa tay khô sát khuẩn nhanh. “Dung dịch rửa tay khô KGU” sẽ được dùng để phục vụ nhu cầu sử dụng trong đơn vị và tặng miễn phí cho các trường trung học phổ thông cùng một số sở, ban, ngành trong tỉnh Kiên Giang.

The product was produced according to the formula guided by the World Health Organization (WHO), including main ingredients: Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, glycerin, essential oils, distilled water... and its quality had been inspected and recognized, and approved by the Pasteur Institution of Ho Chi Minh City.  Also on the same morning, Kien Giang University donated more than 500 liters of antiseptic hand sanitizer to the Department of Education and Training of Kien Giang province, along with 54 high schools in the province.

 Mr. Tran Quang Bao - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Kien Giang province said that this was a practical, meaningful work that Kien Giang University had done for the Department of Education and Training and schools in the province, and at the same time sent his thanks to the Board of Directors and the entire Kien Giang University team.

It was expected that in the upcoming plan, Kien Giang University would produce an additional 300 liters to donate to other units in need.
