At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Rector awarded the decision to establish 6 departments under the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Food Science and Health, Faculty of Engineering - Technology; Decision to reorganize the Departments of the Faculties of Agriculture and Rural Development, Pedagogy and Humanities, Politics - National Defense; Decision to strengthened the specialized staff under the Faculty of Economics and Tourism.

At the same time, on this occasion, the Rector also handed over decisions such as: appointing Deputy Director of the General Training and Testing Center to comrade Danh Tinh; Re-appointing subject managing official chief to 6 comrades; appointing 11 comrades for the first time; Re-assigning tasks to 2 managing officials in the Foreign Language Department.

According to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, the decision to establish major groups is one of the important decisions. The University's funding for Doctoral training projects will give priority to managers from the position of subject leaders and above.
