On the afternoon of April 15th, Kien Giang University organized a meeting program to celebrate the Khmer ethnic Chol Chnam Thmay Traditional New Year 2021 for officials, lecturers, and laborers.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh and PhD. Dang Thanh Son gave flowers and congratulatory gifts to officials, lecturers, and laborers who are ethnic Khmer on the occasion of Chol Chnam Thmay Traditional New Year.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh – Rector of Kien Giang University sent congratulations on the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay to officials, lecturers, and laborers working at the University and he wished them best completely assigned tasks.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh emphasized that Khmer officials, lecturers, and laborers have contributed significantly to the overall development of the school during the past 7 years. They believed that in the coming time, Khmer lecturers will continue to have their own plans to serve the overall development of Kien Giang University. Meanwhile, it was affirmed that the meeting program of Khmer ethnic group on Chol Chnam Thmay New Year would be included in the annual calendar with many better innovations.
