On January 12th , Kien Giang University coordinated with JW Marriott Phu Quoc Hotel to organize a meeting between hotel leaders and 300 students of the Faculty of Economics, Foreign Languages, Pedagogy and Humanity Social Science Faculty.

Attending the program, there were Mr. Jay Dang - Director of Rooms, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Hotel; Dr. Nguyen Van An - Deputy Head of Student Affairs and Community Connection Department of Kien Giang University.

The program aims to create opportunities for students to have direct access to official and detailed information about the operations of one of the world's leading hotel brands - JW Marriott.

Students of the faculties were introduced to the JW Marriott Phu Quoc hotel, career and internship opportunities for students at the JW Marriott hotel system and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Accordingly, when students are accepted as interns at the JW Marriott hotel system, in addition to receiving an official internship, they are supported with transportation, uniforms, accommodation, and they are paid according to regulations.

Students of Kien Giang University asked questions about practice and internship programs.

At the program, many students asked for the information about job opportunities, internship registration, promotion opportunities, and they were participated in mini games.

Exchange and connection activities between Kien Giang University and businesses are regularly organized throughout the year to create job, practice, internship, and practical access opportunities for students.
