3S-NET was the abbreviation for the network to support student startups in the Mekong Delta region. The network was a voluntary social organization of universities and colleges in the Mekong Delta region, established with the purpose of spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship, training knowledge and skills necessary for the startup process and creating the most favorable environment possible. On July 14^th, Kien Giang University participated in the online conference to solicit opinions on establishing the network to support student startups in the Mekong Delta region. Attending the conference there were representatives of 19 colleges and universities in the Mekong Delta region.

The Mekong Delta Student Startup Support Network was expected to be launched on September 23^rd -24^th, 2021.
