On September 18th, Kien Giang University held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint, reappoint, direct and appoint 40 official managers of units belonging and under Kien Giang University in term 2019 – 2024.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Rector of Kien Giang University awarded the decision to the Chairman of the Study Promotion Association Dr. Dang Thanh Son.

In this stage, Kien Giang University appointed 3 officials; reappointed 30 officials; directed and appointed 4 officials and appointed 3 officials for the first time. Currently, Kien Giang University comprises of 257 personnel, working in 9 faculties, 8 departments, 3 centers, 1 institute.

Also on this occasion, Kien Giang University Board of Directors announced and awarded the decision to establish a Study Promotion Association directly under Kien Giang University. Study Encouragement Association was hosted by Dr. Dang Thanh Son - Chairman, and Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh as Vice Chairman.
