On the morning of June 3rd, Kien Giang University and the University of Sciences, Hue University had a working session and signed a memorandum of cooperation on postgraduate training.

Attending the working session there was Associate Professor. Dr. Vo Thanh Tung - Rector of the University of Sciences; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Kien Giang University Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector in charge of Kien Giang University.

At the working session, the two units exchanged information, training programs, teaching staff, facilities and quality management, implemented cooperative postgraduate enrollment programs to meet the needs of learning to improve professional qualifications and scientific research.

Panoramic meeting

According to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, in the coming time, Kien Giang University together with University of Sciences, Hue University will implement joint enrollment and postgraduate training work, strengthen management, exchange information, and staff to improve the quality of postgraduate training.

Approaching 2025, Kien Giang University is going to open the first master's degree major and develop a project to open a practical high school in 2025 with the support of University of Sciences, Hue University.

After the meeting, discussion and agreement, the two units signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in implementing postgraduate training programs and scientific research according to the needs and human resources of both sides, to coordinate enrollment and organize training based on master's and doctoral majors trained the two institutions, to continue to exchange to seek opportunities for cooperation in other fields such as organizing conferences, seminars, exchanging lecturers, expanding the necessary expertise that both sides are able to manage at present and meet the current needs next year in the spirit of mutual understanding and mutual benefit.
