According to the report, the total number of officials and employees of the University was 264, of which 221 officials and employees who had registered for level 2 electronic identification, reaching 84%. Through propaganda work and guidance on registration and activation of electronic identification accounts, officials and employees have basically grasped how to use information on electronic identification accounts about health insurance cards, medical certificate, vehicle registration certificate, driver's license or other documents under the management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies.

The use of electronic identification accounts helped officials and employees more conveniently perform public services, pay bills, replace physical identification and many types of documents..., compared to before.

The inspection team directly checked 10 officials on installing and using the utility of VneID application.

At the meeting, the Inspection Team inspected the reception of directive documents from superiors on citizen identification and electronic identification accounts; specifying propaganda, registering electronic identity accounts, logging into the National Public Service portal, and implementing administrative procedures; results of propaganda and instructions for registering electronic identification accounts at Kien Giang University. Results of registering electronic identification accounts for officials, civil servants, public employees, and employees working at Kien Giang University; understanding of online public services and handling administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal. Meanwhile, they directly tested 10 officials on the installation and use of VneID application utility.
