On the morning of June 16th, at School Hall B, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Society successfully organized the 5th Congress of Delegates - Term 2024-2027. The Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Phuoc - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Kien Giang University, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Sang, Secretary of the Pedagogical and Social Party cell, and comrades representing the Party Committee of the Party cell, comrades who are department leaders, Heads of clubs, representatives of Faculty unions and comrades in the previous Executive Committee.

In addition, attending the congress there were 95/100 delegates convened from affiliated branches.

After a serious and positive working session, the Congress elected a new term Executive Committee consisting of 15 comrades. Among them, Comrade Quach Viet Tu was re-elected as Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union, Comrade Huynh Trung Bao and Comrade Pham Thi Thuy were re-elected as Deputy Secretaries of the Faculty Youth Union. The Congress also elected 27 official delegates and 03 alternate delegates to attend the higher-level congress.

The new session's Executive Committee was introduced before the Congress.

The Congress also discussed and reported on the results of the old term's activities and proposed operating directions for the new term.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Phuoc highly appreciated the achievements that the Faculty of Pedagogy and Society had achieved in the past term and emphasized the key tasks that the new Executive Board needs to focus on implementation to help the Faculty develop even stronger.
