F&B Renovation Hub, a technology trading platform in the field of food - biology - microbiology, was launched on the morning of April 25th to exploit Vietnamese agricultural products and fruits for promotion and commercialization, contributing to helping farmers avoid the situation of "good harvest, low price".

On the morning of April 25^th, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, the launching ceremony of F&B Renovation Hub took place. Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Vice Rector of Kien Giang University attended and represented the University to sign a memorandum of understanding to support, cooperate and accompany F&B Renovation Hub.

F&B Renovation Hub was a technology trading platform in the fields of food technology, biotechnology, and microbiology, thereby, exploiting Vietnamese agricultural products and fruits to commercialize domestic and foreign markets, promoting and building Vietnamese business brands in the international market... from there, helping farmers no longer fall into the situation of "good harvest, low price, good price, bad harvest". The organization was founded by 5 units including: IP Group; Ca Mau Fertilizer; EcoFarm; Bibica; Vinamit.

At the launching ceremony, Kien Giang University signed a memorandum of understanding to support, cooperate and accompany F&B Renovation Hub.

Accordingly, F&B Renovation Hub committed to creating conditions for universities to send under-graduate or graduate students to businesses in the F&B Renovation Hub network to practice their internship; join hands with businesses in F&B Renovation Hub to propose topics (seminars, theses/math problems/practical ideas); provide funding for research on applied science topics/good initiatives to form highly applicable inventions; receive technology transfer and commercialize products formed from valuable research topics and inventions, concomitantly, provide a technology/invention map in the field of R&D to accompany and closely research with the University in the HUB's applied research; implement training/education programs on knowledge, skills and experience in creative thinking, intellectual property, commercialize technology products, engineer licensed signed contracts technically, conquer investors, etc.

On Kien Giang University’s part, they committed to creating conditions for businesses in the F&B Renovation Hub to recruit students of the university to work in the corresponding businesses; introduce and provide lecturers from appropriate Faculties to provide additional training in knowledge and skills in the training programs of the F&B Renovation Hub; provide facilities to organize seminars, training programs, and share to improve skills and quality for subjects related to cooperation between the two sides.
