This afternoon, February 17th , 2020, at the Meeting Room of the Authority Area - Kien Giang University, the Party Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Agencies held a ceremony to announce and award the Decision to appoint Secretary of the Party Committee of Kien Giang University.

Attending the ceremony, on the superior side were Comrade Nguyen Hoang Thong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Sector; Comrade Le Quyet Chien - Member of the Board of Directors, Head of the Party Committee Organization Committee of the Provincial Agencies. On the side of the school, there was Associate Professor, Dr. Thai Thanh Luom - former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Rector of the School; Dr. Dang Thanh Son – member of Standing Board, Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Party committee member, Vice Rector of the University and all comrades in Kien Giang University Party Executive Committee, Secretaries of Party Cells, Heads of affiliated units attended.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Sector, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Thong - Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Sector Party Committee awarded Decision No. 5373-QD/DUK, dated February 14^th , 2020 on the appointment of positions. named Secretary of the Party Committee of Kien Giang University, term I, term 2015-2020 to comrade Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Rector of Kien Giang University.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Thong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Block presented the Decision.

Associate Professor, Dr. Thai Thanh Luom - former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Rector of the School gave flowers to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - New Party Secretary, Rector of Kien Giang University.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Thong believes that with the work and leadership experience of the new Secretary of the Party Committee of Kien Giang University, he was continuing to inherit and promote the spirit of solidarity, building a strong and unanimous collective, determining to successfully complete political tasks assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training; and by Party Committee of Kien Giang province's agencies.
