On July 30th, Kien Giang University announced the preliminary selection results of the Early Childhood Education major for admission in 2024.

According to Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Vice Rector in charge of Kien Giang University, the 2024 admission of the Early Childhood Education major at the university level had 158 candidates registered for admission. All candidates registering for admission had to go through the preliminary round to be eligible for admission to the major.

The preliminary round took place over 2 days (July 28^th - 29^th), the structure of the aptitude test included 2 contents: expressive reading of literary works and singing contest via drawing lots according to the themes: Homeland - Country - Uncle Ho; Family; Preschool.

As a result, there were 92 candidates taking the exam, among whom 84 candidates passed the preliminary round. In 2024, Kien Giang University was enrolling 25 majors with a total expenditure of 1,840, of which the Preschool Education major occupying 40 enrollment targets.
