On March 21st, Kien Giang University solemnly held a graduation ceremony for the first batch of students in 2021 for 418 new bachelors and engineers.

According to the training result reports of the 4^th batch of graduates in 2020 and the first batch of 2021 by the Training Department, this time there were 418 graduates, among whom: 30 students in the first batch, 151 students in the second batch, 236 students in the third batch and 1 student in the fourth batch.

This time, 481 new bachelors and engineers graduated in university, college and inter-university majors such as: environmental engineering technology; construction engineering technology; biotechnology; food technology; information technology; accounting; English language; mathematics pedagogy, among whom, 4 students achieved excellent results (0.96%); 45 students achieved good results (10.77%) and 246 students achieved fair results (58.85%).

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Rector of Kien Giang University gave a congratulatory speech to the new graduates and engineers.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Rector of Kien Giang University congratulated the new graduates and engineers for their success in completing the course and preparing to embark on a new path. He also thanked Kien Giang University lecturers for always being dedicated, innovating, promoting and creating lectures so that students could gain their knowledge and success today. The results achieved today were also due to parents and businesses’ support who had been accompanying the school in educating and training those students.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh and Dr. Dang Thanh Son awarded graduation certificates to students.

He emphasized that this was the result of the students' efforts in cultivating, studying and practicing in the classroom, the process of continuous efforts, and the starting milestone for them. At the same time, he advised that after graduating, students needed to continuously practice, self-study, improve their qualifications; be dedicated to assigned responsibilities, strive to complete their tasks to the best of their ability regardless of their position in the unit, strive to promote the knowledge they had learned; demonstrate their personal values, cultivate their best qualities, ethics, and professional styles, ensure prestige with the unit leaders; prioritize quality and efficiency; integrate with the units, learn international integration skills to contribute to turning Kien Giang province, Mekong Delta and the whole country into an increasingly developed and prosperous one.
