On March 24th , Kien Giang University Youth Union solemnly held a traditional meeting to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union foundation (March 26th , 1931 - March 26th , 2020).

More than 200 youth union members and unit leaders attended the meeting.

Attending the meeting, there were Comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh - Head of the Inspection Organizing Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Youth Union; Standing Committee of the University Youth Union, leaders of units and more than 200 youth union members representing more than 4,500 Kien Giang University students.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Viet Khai - Secretary of the School Youth Union emphasized: The Standing Committee of the School Youth Union hopes that each Union officer and Youth Union member will continue to make more efforts in their jobs to meet the needs of belief, great expectations of the previous generations, so that the new journey since the 90-year milestone from today will leave more footprints in the movement and many positive contributions to the development of the school.

The University Youth Union Standing Committee calls on union members and students of Kien Giang University to uphold the spirit of volunteerism, maximize their creative abilities, not be afraid of difficulties, unite to support each other to join hands to successfully implement key tasks and important targets in 2021, contributing to the overall development of the school.

Comrade Le Viet Khai and Comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh awarded certificates of commendation to 10 individuals winning the title of Outstanding Young Party Member in 2020.

On this occasion, Kien Giang University Delegation awarded certificates of commendation to 10 individuals winning the title of Outstanding Young Party Member; 78 individuals won the title of Outstanding Union Member; 14 individuals won the title of Outstanding Young Face of 2020. Meanwhile, 4 individuals winning the contest to learn about President Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of the 80^th anniversary of returning to lead the Vietnamese Revolution were rewarded.
