(Civil Intellectual) - In order to expand enrollment to neighboring provinces and cities of the Kingdom of Cambodia, recently, Kien Giang University organized a working group to Cambodia to enroll regular university students in 2017.

According to Associate Professor, PhD. Thai Thanh Luom - Rector of Kien Giang University, from February 28^th to March 4^th, the school's Admissions Advisory Board worked with the Department of Education, Sports and Youth, and high schools in Phnom Penh city, Sihanouk city; Ta Keo, Kam Pot, Kep provinces; Royal University of Cambodia.

In 2017, the University expanded university-level education enrollment for candidates with Cambodian nationality.

At each destination, the Admissions Advisory Board introduced Kien Giang University; promoted the school's 2017 admission information; distributed survey forms; Consulted on admission by profession for students and issued admission documents and instructions for registering for admission upon candidates’ request.

After being admitted to Kien Giang University, Cambodian students were going to be arranged to live in a dormitory, ensuring security, order, and convenience for students’ university life.

It was known that according to the 2017 enrollment plan, at the university level, Kien Giang University opened 8 training majors with 2,800 targets.
