On the morning of May 31st, 2019, Kien Giang University successfully organized a scientific seminar: Methodology for building a set of criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of management, implementation and application of Kien Giang provincial scientific and technological project topics and projects for the period 2010 - 2015. The seminar was conducted to discuss and receive ideas from experts and scientists inside and outside the school; completing the set of criteria for evaluating Kien Giang provincial scientific and technological topics and projects for the period 2010 - 2015 and the set of questions to collect primary data.

Overview of the conference

This was one of the topics of the research group belonging the provincial scientific and technological project: "Assessing the current status of management, implementation and application of Kien Giang provincial scientific and technological topics and projects for period 2010 - 2015".

Participants in the conference included: Department of Science and Technology Management - Kien Giang University, the group of authors researching the topic, Board of Authorities of Kien Giang University, experts from universities, research institutions inside and outside the province. In addition, there was also the participation of many teachers interested in the topic.

Delegates discussed at the conference

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Head of the project, represented the research team to present the theoretical basis and a draft set of evaluation criteria and a set of questions to collect primary data. On that basis, in the seminar there were many discussions and valuable contributions, especially comments from experts with extensive experience related to the research content of the topic.

The results of the seminar will be the basis for the research team to complete a set of criteria and questionnaires for each subject, each group of topic fields, and projects to serve the collection of primary information, analysis, and evaluation of the current situation and proposing realistic solutions in the future.
