On the morning of August 2nd, at Kien Giang University, the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between Kien Giang University and the Thai Non-Profit Foundation (Prasert Tassnee) took place.

Representative of the Thai delegation was Mr. Sawang Singhakachen, Director of the non-profit Prasert- Tassnee Poongumarn Foundation, in charge of the delegation, and from Kien Giang University, there was a representative of Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Vice Rector of the School. This is a non-governmental organization, operating in the field of education, with the purpose of promoting cooperation, engagement and introducing lecturer exchanges between the two sides in the coming time, especially helping lecturers or students of English majors about to graduate have the opportunities to improve their English teaching and cultural exchange skills at high schools in Thailand.

After the meeting and working session, the two sides agreed on agreements, encouraging activities such as: Exchange of lecturers, staff, research scholars, teachers and students with job opportunities.; General research activities; Participating in seminars and academic meetings; Exchanging study materials and other information. The memorandum of understanding will be valid for 3 years.
