The Center for Technology Application and Entrepreneurship and the Faculty of Agriculture and Rural Development, Kien Giang University were implementing technical consulting on commercial beaded fish farming at Phu Thinh Environmental Solution Company (Address: No. 7, Hoa Thien hamlet, Dinh Hoa commune, Go Quao district, Kien Giang province).

During the trial farming period of the first crop, Phu Thinh Environmental Solution Company carried out trial farming in a pond. After 11 months, we collected more than 300 kilograms of fish, with a selling price of over 60,000 VND/kg. The school coordinated with businesses to organize preliminary reviews and drew up measures to overcome limitations in the farming process. Currently, the school was continuing to provide consulting support and checked the preparation of conditions for raising the second crop such as ponds, water sources, and breeds. Implementation of necessary requirements correctly were evaluated to ensure that the 2^nd crop stocking would bring good effect.

The company harvested its first fish crop.

In this second season, Phu Thinh Environmental Solution Company was preparing 15 ponds to raise beaded fish. In the coming time, Kien Giang University is accompanying businesses in troubleshooting and providing solutions to improve the process of raising beaded fish.
