The 2021 innovation startup training course will bring positive things in terms of supporting and fostering activities for startup students, through topics that will help students equip skills and experience during the process of startup.

On September 3^rd, Kien Giang University held the opening ceremony of the 2021 innovation startup training course for 300 students who are university officials, lecturers, and students.

The training course will take place from September 3 to 6 via online form by experts and speakers such as: Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Khai Thanh - Deputy Director of Southeast Asia Institute of Economic Management and Education, Ministry of Science and Technology; Dr. Nguyen Xuan Niem - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Kien Giang province; MSc. Huynh Hong Mai - Deputy Director of the Center for Innovation - Startup Cultivation, Nguyen Tat Thanh University directly guides and trains.

Dr. Nguyen Van Le - Deputy Director of the Center for Technology Application and Startups watched the startup training course online.

More than 300 students attending the training course will have such contents shared by experts as: Awareness of creative thinking, distinguishing between innovation and creativity. Entrepreneurship and innovative startups; Designing thinking, creative startup ideas, business models; Making business and marketing plans; production and financial plans, project implementation roadmap; Startup intellectual property issues; Writing a startup project; Presentation of calling for investment capital.

Opening speech, Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Vice Rector of Kien Giang University emphasized that the training course will bring positive things about supporting and fostering activities for startup students, through topics that will help students equip skills and resources in the start-up process.

More than 300 students attended the training class on innovative entrepreneurship online.

At Kien Giang University, startup activities have been organized and invested in for more than 3 years, marking activities related to startups, creating positive developments in the University's startup activities. In 2021, Kien Giang University continues to receive support, material and spiritual support from the People's Committee of Kien Giang province to develop startup activities for the University and the locality, forming innovative startup ideas.

Students participating in the training course are 100% exempt from tuition and are issued a certificate of completion of the training course contents.
