Welcoming high school student groups to visit the school.

Recognizing the value, role and importance of career guidance for students for the development of society, on March 17th , 2019, Kien Giang University joyfully welcomed a delegation of students from high schools in Kien Giang province to visit the school.

Groups of high school students came to visit.

This school tour attracted more than 495 students and teachers from high schools in the province such as Vinh Thuan High School, An Minh High School, Giong Rieng High School, Dinh An High School, Long Thanh High School, Vinh Thang High School.

The delegation of high schools visited and took souvenir photos.

At the tour, according to comments from the majority of high school students when visiting the school, they were very excited to see introductory materials about Kien Giang University in general and its faculties in particular, and learned about training programs; facilities for teaching, learning, scientific research, practice rooms, experiments... through the introduction of lecturers who are teaching at the school. Besides, the students also had a chance to visit and have lunch at the school canteen.

It can be said that career guidance tours are a social and practical activity, helping students gain more information and practical experience about their favorite professions, thereby helping students gain more knowledge about their majors as well as their own abilities, thereby providing a basis for choosing a suitable career in the future. Also through these activities, it helped to "strengthen the close relationship, cooperation, and mutual development in education - training - career orientation for students among Kien Giang University and high schools in Kien Giang province as well as high schools outside the province.
