On January 14th, Kien Giang University organized the publication of the report draft (for the first time) of self-assessment of educational institutions according to the self-assessment standards of higher education institutions under Ministry of Education and Training (Assessment period 2016 -2020).

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Kien Giang University Rector attended and moderated the meeting.

After approving the report draft, members of the quality assurance teams had many comments and corrections.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh requested specialized groups to review the content to fix, correct, and adjust assessments accordingly; complete the report and send it to the Center for Educational Quality Assurance - Danang University for preliminary appraisal.

Currently, the school's quality assurance work is underway, completed in preparation for external assessment at the end of March this year.

The school regularly sends officials and lecturers to attend training seminars to improve their capacity to ensure and accredit the quality of higher education.
