4 students from Kien Giang University came to Thailand to practice and exchange professional skills

Kien Giang University recently organized for 4 students to intern and exchange professional skills in Thailand

The student exchange program takes place from December 17, 2023 to January 15, 2024, implemented according to the cooperation agreement between Kien Giang University and Prasert - Tassnee Poongkumarn Organization, Thailand.

According to the program agreed between the two units, students will participate in teaching English, Vietnamese, and Vietnamese culture to exchange learning experiences and career skills as arranged by the Prasert - Tassnee Poongkumarn Organization. , Thailand at 4 schools including: Ban Pongwuadaeng, Ban Huaplalai, Ban Pangsawan and Anuban Taphanhin. Prasert Organization - Tassnee Poongkumarn, Thailand will support students with round-trip airfare, meals, accommodation, transportation, visits to places in Thailand and a portion of living expenses.

According to Dr. Nguyen Trung Cang - Vice Principal of Kien Giang University 4 students participating in the program are studying English Language at the Faculty of Foreign Languages. This is an effort of the School and the Faculty to connect with foreign partners to create conditions for students to access knowledge and practice skills in an environment that completely uses foreign languages, supporting them to improve their skills. Improve language skills in real-life environments and practice professional skills well.

Kien Giang University students are practicing their internship  in Thailand.

After completing the internship program, Kien Giang University students will be issued a certificate of program completion from Prasert Organization - Tassnee Poongkumarn, Thailand and will be recognized by the school for completing the internship module in the program. English Language training program.

According to the document signed between the University and the Prasert - Tassnee Poongkumarn Organization, Thailand, after the end of each internship period, the next internship period will be organized and for each period the Prasert Organization - Tassnee Poongkumarn can arrange from 4 to 10 students. Thus, students majoring in English Language will have a great opportunity to participate in internships abroad as part of their study program at Kien Giang University.
