More than 200 union members and young people participated in the sports festival.

Sports festivals were organized to create a healthy and useful playground for Kien Giang University's union members and youth, contributing to strengthening solidarity and gathering youth. The sports festival attracted more than 200 youth union members and young people to compete in the marathon (male 3,000m, female 1,500m) and big game (teambuilding).

Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Vice President of Kien Giang University presented prizes to the teams participating in the big game.

As a result, the big game brought the first and second prizes to the Faculty of Economics, the third prize to the Faculty of Pedagogy and Humanities, the consolation prize to the Delegation of the Faculty of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

The representative of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the University presented prizes to the winners of the marathon.

The marathon contest awarded the first prize in the men's content to Tran Dang Khoa, class B022TP1, belonging to Food Technology Major; the first prize in female content for Danh Thi Ngoc Boi, class B021QT3, majoring in Business Administration.

Youth union members and youth participating in sports are granted certificates of "Complete physical fitness".
