Opening of the clinic of Kien Giang University

In order to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of officials, lecturers, laborers and students, on the morning of September 9th, Kien Giang University held the opening ceremony of the Medical Clinic.

Overview of the opening ceremony of the University of KG clinic

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, PhD. Thai Thanh Luom hoped that this clinic would be a reliable address for officials, lecturers, laborers, students and people in the area to come for medical examination and treatment.

Associate Professor, PhD. Thai Thanh Luom believed that the establishment of the Clinic would be a historical milestone, the beginning of the University's development career in the field of medicine, towards the socialization of school hospitals in the future. Meanwhile, the Rector directed the Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing to soon complete the program to open majors, especially the regular university nursing major.

Ms. Bui Thi Len - Head of Medical Department, said that currently the Clinic team had 2 doctors, 1 nursing bachelor and 5 pharmacists. Medical facilities were quite sufficient for the size of the room, including: 3 beds; 3 medicine cabinets; stretcher; Ambulance stretchers, injection carts and some specialized medical equipment...
