Sáng 10/8, Hội đồng Trường tổ chức họp để thông qua Tờ trình phê duyệt chủ trương mua sắm thiết bị phục vụ dạy học và mở ngành học mới cho năm học 2021-2022 của Ban giám hiệu.

At the meeting, the School Council heard the Rector’s approval of the content of Statement No. 34/TTr-DHKG dated August 6^th, 2021 of the Board of Directors on approving the policy of purchasing teaching equipment and opening Major of Automobile Engineering Technology.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors proposed to invest in 02 procurement packages as follows: Procurement package of 50 60- inch TVs installed for Classroom C worth 1.3 billion VND and procurement package for Equipment of Engineering Automobile Technology practice room worth 5.0 billion VND.

These two procurement packages are expected to be implemented in III and IV quarters, 2021. Investment funds from tuition revenue will be saved after ensuring funding to adjust the base salary according to regulations.

Overview of the meeting of the Standing School Council on the morning of August 10^th

After listening to the Rector’s approval of the proposal content, the majority of School Council members strongly agreed on the need to invest in purchasing the above equipment to meet the urgent requirements in teaching in the 2021-2022 school year and seize the opportunity of high demand for training human resources in the automobile engineering industry in the coming time. However, some Council members also asked the Board of Directors to quickly complete investment procedures, soon submit to the School Council a resolution to open a new industry and have a specific plan to meet the conditions for opening Automobile Engineering Technology, especially human resources.

School Council members participated in online meetings.

At the end of the meeting, the School Council voted and agreed to approve the procurement policy according to the content submitted by the Board of Directors.
